Checkr is hiring a Drug & Occupational Health Screening Specialist to manage an assigned queue of at-risk drug and occupational health screening reports, proactively notify customers, coordinate with clinics, and conduct direct candidate outreach. The role requires at least two years of customer-facing, vendor-facing, or coordination-heavy experience, strong problem-solving and judgment, HIPAA awareness, and the ability to identify recurring process gaps. The position is based in Nashville, Tennessee, with an in-office requirement of three or more days per week, and offers a base salary range of $43,000 to $54,000 USD plus medical, dental, and vision coverage.
