GBI Railroad Services is seeking a skilled Backhoe Operator responsible for performing a wide range of earthwork, construction, and maintenance tasks. This full-time, hourly position involves operating backhoes and specialized on-track railroad equipment like Tamper machines and Ballast Regulators. The role requires frequent travel throughout the Intermountain West and includes weekends. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, adhere to safety protocols, and contribute to the overall efficiency of railroad infrastructure projects.
