The role requires a flexible schedule, communication and organizational skills, multitasking, teamwork, ability to lift heavy objects, and at least one year of retail experience plus six months of leadership experience. Starting pay is $13.00–$13.50 per hour, with benefits available based on eligibility and service or hours requirements.
