Description
The Sierra Store Assistant executes receiving and merchandising standards, processes merchandise, organizes the backroom, maintains store cleanliness and merchandising standards, supports customer service, trains and mentors Associates, and coordinates with store management. The role requires a flexible schedule including nights and weekends, strong communication and organizational skills, the ability to multitask and respond to changing priorities, teamwork, heavy lifting, and training others. Applicants need one year of retail experience and six months of leadership experience. The position is based at the Sierra Store in Coeur d’Alene, Idaho, with a starting pay range of $15.00 to $15.50 per hour.
