The Back-up Foreman supports the ON department's warehouse operations by working as an experienced order picker, assisting with daily management, directing the team when needed, and taking over as foreman when the Foreman is absent. The role requires safety, quality, and KNPS toolbox expertise, Dutch and English communication, and a day shift from 8:00 a.m. to 4:06 p.m. Benefits include an additional €0.25 per hour and €8 meal vouchers.
