Description
The Backup Process Responsible supports the permanent process responsible when absent, providing technical leadership to the team and ensuring department continuity. The role monitors quality, safety, and efficiency KPIs, optimizes daily processes, participates in cross-departmental projects, and promotes Astra’s values. It requires knowledge of packaging materials, product ranges, and machines or processes in Inpak UFO and/or Casting, familiarity with SAP, OBJECTIVE, and MS Office, and strong leadership, communication, and food-safety capabilities.
