Description
The Baggage Agent supports the Baggage Service Office by assisting customers with delayed, damaged, or pilfered baggage; determining flight departure times and connecting carriers; screening passengers transferring between airlines; verifying baggage tags; assisting with short-checked bags; handling lost or misplaced baggage claims; and reporting to carriers. The role pays $14 per hour, paid weekly, for a 16-hour weekly schedule, and provides on-the-job training with no prior experience or high school diploma, GED, or college degree required.
