Prospect Airport Services is hiring a Baggage Handler - CLT in Charlotte, North Carolina, to handle incoming and outgoing passenger baggage, assist with loading and unloading, sort and distribute bags, scan and tag luggage, coordinate with TSA, and address delayed, lost, or damaged items. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, age 18 or older, ability to obtain required airport or customs credentials, and the ability to perform physically demanding work in rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, holidays, and outside weather conditions. Full-time employees working 30 hours per week receive medical, dental, and vision insurance after 60 days of service.
