Pacific Aviation is hiring Baggage Service Agents to support baggage operations at San Francisco International Airport. The role handles passenger inquiries, delayed, damaged, or missing baggage reports, updates, escalations, transfers, and irregular-flight assistance; coordinates with ramp teams, ground handlers, delivery services, and airlines; and maintains the baggage service office and bagroom. The position requires fluent English, WorldTracer familiarity, strong customer service and problem-solving skills, physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and availability for weekends, evenings, and holidays. The schedule includes morning and evening daily shifts, with hourly pay of $23.15 to $25.15 and medical, dental, and vision insurance among the benefits.
