Vanderlande is hiring a Baggage System Operator, also referred to as a Flow Controller, to manage baggage jams and operate the MEC at the baggage handling system at Arturo Merino Benítez International Airport in Santiago, Chile. The role responds to alarms, performs preventive and corrective maintenance, cleans the system, supports technicians, and resolves minor electromechanical issues. No prior experience is required, but secondary education, airport credentials, a criminal record certificate, and a valid driver’s license are specified or preferred. The position pays $730,000 net, follows a rotating 6x2 schedule, and is initially a fixed-term contract for three months with potential renewal.
