Pilgrim's is hiring a Bagger Operator for its Waco Prepared Foods facility. The role operates a Sandiacre packaging machine, fills bags with product, checks weights and film, sets machine parameters, records date codes, and maintains blades, seals, jaws, and other equipment. The position is hourly, requires Sandiacre operator certification, and accepts less than a high school education or up to one month of related experience or training. The work involves standing, lifting up to 50 pounds, exposure to heat and moving mechanical parts, and wearing protective equipment.
