Circular Services is hiring a Bagging Building Associate to support bagging production, material handling, logistics, shipping and receiving, and administrative order support at its Southington, Connecticut organic waste recycling facility. The role combines hands-on physical work with desktop-based coordination, including monitoring production equipment, operating forklifts and other site vehicles, staging and shipping products, maintaining shipping documentation, and coordinating with customers, carriers, and internal teams. The schedule is Monday through Friday from 6:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., with a seasonal Saturday shift from 6:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., and pays $25.00 to $28.00.
