Description
Kitsap County Superior Court is hiring a temporary, on-call Bailiff to support jury trials and courtroom operations. The role coordinates jury movement and custody, assists with jury impaneling and deliberations, delivers juror orientation presentations, handles juror services and amenities, and coordinates courthouse jail transports. Applicants need two years of public-facing customer service, office, legal, or court experience, strong communication and organizational skills, and confidentiality; prior jury service, hospitality experience, courtroom experience, and public-speaking experience are preferred. The position is open to the general public, may be filled for up to six months, and requires job-related testing and a criminal background check.
