COBS Bread is hiring a Baker to prepare artisan bread and baked goods from scratch, following recipes and production schedules. The role involves measuring and mixing ingredients, moulding and shaping dough, processing dough through ovens, maintaining a clean bakery, and supporting customer service. No prior experience is required, but candidates must have a flexible schedule including weekdays and weekends, with availability starting as early as 4 AM.
