COBS Bread is hiring personable Bakers to join a small team and produce fresh artisan bread and baked goods each morning for the community. The role focuses on following recipes and production schedules, measuring and mixing ingredients, shaping dough, operating ovens, and maintaining a clean bakery while delivering a positive customer experience. No prior experience is required, but candidates should have a good attitude, organizational skills, and be able to meet the physical demands of standing, lifting, reaching, and carrying during the shift.
