Reppert & Schäfer Personaldienstleistungen GmbH is hiring a Baker Assistant for a large gingerbread production project in Nuremberg. The role supports dough preparation, mixing, machine monitoring, ingredient supply, warehousing, and packaging. Work is performed in alternating early and late shifts or a permanent night shift, with possible Saturday work. A car and driver’s license are mandatory; good German, hygiene knowledge, reliability, and willingness to work Saturdays are preferred. The position offers a permanent employment contract, pay according to the GVP collective bargaining agreement, vacation and Christmas bonuses, personal protective equipment, and occupational health and safety support.
