The Bakery Worker prepares and kneads dough, shapes bread and bakery products, monitors baking batches, prepares products for store opening, and maintains a clean, hygienic workspace. The role requires artisan baking training or experience, bread-making and baking skills, independent night-shift work, physical stamina, and compliance with food hygiene rules. The salary is 17–19 euros per hour, subject to company agreement.
