Description
The Baker prepares breads, pastries, cakes, and desserts using recipes and production methods, measures, mixes, shapes, bakes, and decorates products. The role also maintains a clean and safe work area, organizes and labels ingredients, displays products, plans production with bakery team members, and assists customers with questions and special orders. Candidates need baking and food-production experience, attention to detail, organization, food-safety knowledge, teamwork, adaptability, and the ability to operate bakery equipment; prior experience is preferred, and availability for early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.
