Baker at COBS Bread

COBS Bread is hiring a Baker to work in a small bakery team, baking products from scratch early each morning. The role involves reading production schedules and recipes, measuring and mixing ingredients, molding and shaping dough, processing dough through ovens, maintaining a clean bakery, and providing customer service. The position requires early-morning shifts starting as early as 2 AM, personal transportation, and the ability to stand, walk, lift, and perform repetitive bakery tasks. No prior baking experience is required because comprehensive training is provided, although previous baking or customer service experience is an asset. Benefits are provided after successful completion of a three-month probation period.
