Description
COBS Bread is hiring an in-person, full-time Baker to work morning and overnight shifts in a retail bakery. The role involves baking artisan bread and treats from scratch, following recipes and production schedules, measuring and mixing ingredients, shaping dough, operating ovens, maintaining bakery cleanliness, and supporting customer service. Candidates need at least one year of baking-setting or commercial-kitchen experience, physical ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 pounds, and work independently or on a small team. Pay is $20–$22 per hour, with weekly pay, tip pooling, holiday premium pay, training, advancement opportunities, complimentary products, and a 401(k) match.
