The role involves preparing bagels, stocking the bagel wall and pastry case, assisting with order taking and sandwich making, maintaining food quality, and keeping the store safe and clean. Bakers work early shifts, including as early as 3 a.m., and may work varied hours, weekends, and other business-driven schedules. The position requires applicants to be at least 18, able to multitask in a fast-paced environment, pass applicable background checks, and have a current valid state driver’s license where required.
