Great Western Dining is hiring a full-time Baker for its Southeast Community College - Lincoln location. The role prepares breads, pastries, cookies, specialty items, cakes, biscuits, muffins, and puddings; supports recipe and menu development; operates mixers; maintains sanitation and HACCP records; and collaborates with kitchen and bakery staff. The position requires early morning shifts from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m., Monday through Friday, and pays $15-$18 per hour.
