Description
Groundwork Coffee is hiring an experienced Baker to prepare and bake bread-type goods in a retail coffee and tea environment. The role involves reading production schedules, setting ovens and proofers, proofing, scoring, topping, baking, cooling, quality checks, documentation, equipment safety, and maintaining a clean workspace. The Baker works full-time or part-time from 2 PM–10 PM or 3 PM–11 PM, with night-owl shifts also available. The position requires English fluency, strong communication and time-management skills, bread-product experience, and experience training new staff.
