Fortuna Bakery is hiring a full-time Baker to prepare and bake breads, pastries, and other baked goods according to recipes and quality standards. The role includes measuring and mixing ingredients, operating baking equipment, monitoring baking times and temperatures, maintaining product presentation, keeping the work area clean and sanitary, following food-safety procedures, managing production timing, and assisting with inventory. The position is on-site in Kissimmee, Florida, pays $16.00–$17.00 per hour, and follows a variable schedule from 5:00 A.M. to 3:00 P.M.
