Description
COBS Bread is hiring a Baker to prepare fresh artisan breads and baked treats each morning. The role involves following recipes and production schedules, measuring and mixing ingredients, shaping dough, operating ovens, maintaining bakery cleanliness, and supporting a positive customer experience. No prior experience is necessary because training is provided, although commercial oven experience is preferred. The position requires early-morning availability, teamwork, organization, and the physical ability to stand and walk continuously and lift up to 22 kg.
