The role prepares breads, pies, cakes, cookies, and other pastries according to recipes and production specifications, assists with production planning, maintains food quality, sanitation, safety, and presentation standards, and handles customer service. Previous baking experience is preferred, and the schedule is 5:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. with varying days, weekends, and holidays.
