Compass Group is hiring a full-time Baker for its Longwood Garden in Kennett Square, Pennsylvania. The role prepares breads, pies, cakes, cookies, and other pastries according to recipes and production specifications, assists with production planning, maintains food quality, sanitation, safety, and presentation standards, and handles customer service during peak service.
