Compass Group is hiring a full-time Baker for Baylor University in Waco, Texas. The role prepares breads, pies, cakes, cookies, and other pastries according to recipes and production specifications, assists with production planning, maintains food quality, sanitation, safety, and presentation standards, and handles customer service during peak service. The schedule may vary, with Monday–Thursday shifts from 4:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. and Friday from 4:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m., and applicants must have previous baking experience.
