COBS Bread is hiring bakers to work early in the morning, following recipes and production schedules, measuring and mixing ingredients, moulding and shaping dough, baking artisan bread and treats, and maintaining a clean bakery. The role requires a positive attitude, organizational skills, commitment to bakery success, and the ability to stand, walk, lift up to 22 kg, and perform frequent reaching and bending.
