The role operates in a three-shift bakery environment and involves shift operation, production documentation, topping supply, dough preparation and quality control, baking and roasting, product-changeover monitoring, hygiene compliance, and instructing bakery assistants. Applicants need completed vocational training in baking, confectionery, or another food trade, physical resilience, teamwork, and willingness to work shifts; manufacturing experience is an advantage.
