Nidec is hiring for an on-site second-shift manufacturing operator in Mankato, Minnesota. The role prepares rotors, stators, and other motor components for resin processing; operates VPI systems, monitors resin levels, vacuum cycles, oven cure times and temperatures, removes excess epoxy, follows Plant Manufacturing Procedures and Operational Method Sheets, and completes TPM tasks. A vocational or high school education is required, along with 6,000 hours of experience to attain process proficiency. The position pays $24.58–$28.57 per hour plus a 10% shift differential and offers medical, dental, and vision coverage from the first day.
