Description
The Bakery Assistant produces dough and baked goods, supports bakery processes, checks and prepares products for further processing or delivery, and handles weighing, shaping, topping, and machine work. The role requires early shifts starting at 02:00, 03:00, or occasionally 04:00, along with reliable food-handling, hygiene, teamwork, and very good German. Initial food-sector experience is an advantage, while a Class B driver’s license and a personal car are necessary. The position offers €17.00 to €18.00 per hour, employee discounts, structured onboarding, and collective-bargaining-agreement pay.
