The successful candidate will oversee smooth process execution, motivate the team, manage staff schedules and onboarding, and ensure high-quality product standards. Responsibilities also include purchasing raw materials, conducting quality checks, maintaining cleanliness, and coordinating with external service providers. This role requires extensive experience in baking, particularly as a trained baker or master baker/master confectioner, along with proven leadership abilities.
