Description
The Bakery Machine Operator will run and maintain highly automated bakery production lines in a small and medium-sized family business in the Rotterdam region. Responsibilities include setting up machines, monitoring raw materials and proofing, and independently resolving minor technical malfunctions. The role requires an MBO level 2 diploma in a technical field, demonstrable machine-operation experience, ability to work in a continuous three-shift system, and strong Dutch or English communication skills. Compensation is up to €3,650 gross per month plus a 30% shift allowance, with weekly salary payments and the prospect of a permanent contract.
