Description
The Bakery Manager at Sprinkles will be responsible for overseeing bakery operations and managing personnel to ensure an exceptional experience for guests and associates. This role involves acting as a company ambassador, embodying Sprinkles' culture of innovation and guest service, and supporting the General Manager in various tasks such as team development, inventory, scheduling, cash handling, and guest relations. The manager will also contribute to maintaining cleanliness and assisting with packaging bakery goods.
