The role combines hands-on artisanal baking with bakery department leadership, including team scheduling, inventory management, ordering, recruiting support, training, customer issue resolution, and maintaining sanitation and company standards. Candidates should have at least 2 years of progressive bakery or restaurant management experience, strong communication and Google Suite skills, and the ability to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays.
