Insomnia Cookies is hiring a Bakery Operations Manager to lead the day-to-day operation of a bakery, manage staffing, scheduling, inventory, food safety, quality, and sales performance, and develop Shift Leaders, Cookie Crew, and Delivery Drivers. The role is hands-on and requires availability for mid-to-late shifts, weekends, holidays, and a minimum of 45 hours per week, with physical demands including extended standing, lifting up to 30 pounds regularly, and working in warm and cold bakery environments.
