The Bakery Operator works in a cookie-production environment in Ypres, managing the baking process, oven settings, output and yields, product quality, machine start-up and changeovers, production reporting, and safety and hygiene. The role follows a two-shift schedule and requires machine adjustment, electrical fault handling, strong Dutch or French, accuracy, problem-solving, and comfort with digital monitoring systems.
