Description
The Bakery Operator will independently manage the complete baking process in Ostend, including recipe preparation, machine operation, production-line monitoring, quality checks, installation assembly and disassembly, and minor technical troubleshooting. The role requires physical work, strong Dutch or English, food safety and hygiene knowledge, HACCP compliance, and relevant production experience. It offers an hourly wage of €17.49 plus shift premiums, meal vouchers after 65 days of seniority, and a fixed two-shift system.
