The Production Operator (Baker) operates and monitors an automated production line from raw material input through baking and finished-product packaging, while ensuring product quality, maintaining the line, resolving malfunctions, and proposing process improvements. The role requires MBO-level education, preferably in a technical or food-technology field, and demonstrable experience in an automated production or food-manufacturing environment. The position offers a monthly salary of €3,100–€3,400 including shift allowance, permanent-contract prospects, training, and advancement opportunities toward Team Leader.
