Required Previous Experiences: Prior bakery or kitchen experience
Preferred Qualifications: Dependable and punctual, with the ability to consistently arrive on time for a 4:00 a.m. start.
Willingness to take on a variety of tasks, with a strong focus on packaging, prep, and supporting the morning bake.
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions, switch between tasks, and maintain focus in a fast-paced production environment.
Strong attention to detail, especially with labeling, dating, and organizing products.
Comfortable standing for extended periods, performing repetitive tasks, and lifting up to 50 lbs as needed.
Commitment to cleanliness, food safety, and maintaining an organized workspace.
Able to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
