Description
The Bakery Production Assistant will work at the Hoppegarten worksite, loading and operating packaging machines, packaging finished bakery goods, supporting dough preparation, and working in accordance with HACCP and safety requirements. The role offers an hourly wage of €15.50 to €16.00, up to 30 vacation days, shift and Christmas allowances, advance payments, and a permanent employment contract with long-term assignment options. Prior food-production experience is advantageous, while a valid food certificate, technical mindset, manual dexterity, German language skills, and willingness to work in a four-shift system are required.
