Kuchen-Peter Backwaren GmbH is hiring a Bakery Production Worker to mix dough, operate and monitor a production unit, lead employees, support colleagues, comply with production and quality requirements, check maintenance and cleaning, and keep production records. The role requires technical understanding, reliability, accuracy, weekend and overtime availability, weekly shift changes, a five- to six-day workweek, and a personal vehicle. Baking training or food-production experience is advantageous but not strictly necessary. The position offers a monthly gross salary of €3,400 to €4,500, including bonuses and allowances depending on the shift, along with onboarding, training, meal allowance, an employee discount, and parking.
