The Bakery Sales Assistant sells bakery products, advises customers, prepares hot drinks, snacks, and breakfast on site, operates bakery ovens and the checkout, and maintains a tidy café area. The role requires open, service-oriented communication, teamwork, reliability, flexibility, and at least B1 German; food-retail specialist training is advantageous but not required.
