Description
Backstube Wünsche GmbH is hiring a part-time Bakery Sales Associate to prepare fresh bakery goods, snacks, and drinks; present and sell products; advise customers; and maintain hygiene and cleanliness. The role requires food or retail experience, a B2 German level, German residence, and a valid visa and work permit. It is scheduled Monday through Saturday between 5:30 a.m. and 8:30 p.m., with flexible early and late shifts and no Sunday morning work, for 15–36 hours per week. Pay is €15.40 gross per hour, with possible increases based on qualification and experience, plus benefits including a staff discount, bonuses, vacation, workwear, and bike leasing.
