Description
The Bakery Sales Associate advises customers, sells high-quality bakery products at the counter, and maintains smooth product flow in the counter area. The role welcomes career changers and requires vocational training, ideally in bakery craft or bakery sales, along with an interest in organic products, flexibility, responsibility, and enthusiasm. Compensation is at least €15.00 per hour plus employer pension contributions, with additional staff discounts, a Deutschlandticket subsidy, and training opportunities.
