Description
The Bakery Associate sells and serves customers in Harmons’ bakery department, packages and labels products, fills shelves, restocks inventory, maintains product quality and sanitation, and assists with cakes and special orders. The role works closing shifts, requires weekend and holiday availability, and includes baking, proofing, cookie preparation, and customer service. Candidates should have a Food Handler’s Permit, strong organization and communication skills, and the ability to work in a busy store environment.
