Description
The Bakery Store Manager will support Bäcker Bachmeier’s stores in their region, serving as the first point of contact for store teams. Responsibilities include training employees in product knowledge, merchandising, and active sales; optimizing store operations; managing personnel schedules and vacation plans; supporting employee development; and monitoring hygiene and quality standards. The role requires completed training in bakery, butchery, food retail, or retail, a strong sense of responsibility, service orientation, and a class B driver’s license.
