Description
The role provides technical support to bakery customers, advises on bakery processes, assists with new-product and existing-product development projects, develops tailor-made products, conducts baking tests, participates in trade fairs and customer events, and trains internal colleagues and external partners. It requires a university degree in food technology or a baking-industry background, extensive baking or industrial-line experience, knowledge of bakery products and processes, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, customer orientation, teamwork, travel willingness, and advanced Microsoft Office skills.
