Affinity Group is hiring a Bakery Technician to support retail bakery partners through in-store training, bakery program execution, product support, store openings, remodels, and manufacturer product promotion. The role involves baking, cake decorating, merchandising, staff training, and frequent travel to store locations, with a Monday–Friday schedule and 95% daily travel. Candidates need at least two years of bakery or foodservice experience, cake decorating skills, teaching ability, and a valid driver's license.
